UPD: Wasn’t able to reproduce in the Sandbox Vault

My guess is that the amount of files in my personal vault may be somewhat connected to the issue.

disable third party plugins and themes. restart obsidian.
does it still happen?

how many notes do you have in your vault?
what are your system’s specs?

Set restricted mode to enabled, changed theme to standard. Still no graph after ~1 sec.

Currently there are 1179 items in the vault. My system specs are:

  • Processor: I3-12100F
  • GPU: Asus GTX 950
  • RAM: 16 GB of DDR4 3200Hz
  • The vault is located at my old HDD(RPM info is missing), while the app installed on SSD M2.
  • 64 bit OS

About the computer:

Have tried moving vault to the SSD rn, still nothing

No, you don’t have a lot of files. The problem is either your gpu or your gpu drivers.

Okay, I’ll try to check for new drivers.

if do ctrl-shift-i console, do you get some errors?

Some issues and messages, no errors found

I’ve downloaded and installed new drivers, but the issue persists even after reloading the app. Maybe reboot will help, but I’m not ready to do this yet(some valuable pans in the browser are open)

Nah, reboot didn’t help

The error points to a graphics/gpu problem.

Enter restricted mode, Restart Obsidian. Does it work?

Disable hardware acceleration, Restart Obsidian. Does it work?

thanks

I’ve tried disabling Hardware Acceleration, which I’ve noted in the post and I’ve tried to enter restricted mode previously.

Tried it again. Didn’t Help. Video demonstration:

I’ve managed to open it in another vault by moving only files and not “.obsidian” folder. Something inside the folder breaks graph display.

Deleting “.obsidian” folder resolved issue.
