My evergreen note template

Hi folks. I wanted to share this evergreen note template in case it’s useful for anyone. The title should be a brief version of the first sentence of the note and contain essential keywords. Enjoy!

Thanks — would you mind posting the actual template for this instead of a screenshot? I know this is an old post, but it comes up in Google searches a lot, so a real usable cut-and-paste template would be beneficial to noobs like me.

This sentence makes a point about a [[concept]] or [[topic]] based on some things l've read; it could be an original thought or an assertion that is broadly supported by researchers and it should express a stance or elaborate on the significance of the quote which prompted it. This sentence provides evidence substantiating the previous claim, with properly formatted citations linked to the source note in my vault ([[Name, 2022]]; [[Name, 1990]]). This sentence is an explanation about how the evidence supports the first sentence, since explanations are good.

The final sentence connects this note to a project I'm working on by defining how it contributes to answering my research question, including the corresponding tag #is/project/org/title; in making this connection it should also describe the contribution of this point to an overarching concept.

Additional project linking sentences may be added as they become relevant.
