Multiple icons in callout

I am making some custom callouts that has centered text, and I want to know if there’s a way to insert 2 icons into the callout title that surround the title text so it looks symmetrical. Is there any way to do this with CSS?

So that this, (default icon)

can look like this (add a icon to the right side too)
