Post Multiple hotkeys for the same action - #5 by obsequious claims that that should’ve been possible; however, I’m unable to add a second shortcut.
“Add shortcut” means “replace the previous one” as far as I can see.
Works for me. What shortcuts are you trying for what command exactly?

Having the sandbox vault on the Ctrl+Shift+P menu would’ve been nice 
I pressed the + key, and then my shortcut.
Expected: I have two shortcuts
Actual: I have one
In the non-sandboxed version, the new shortcut is also red 
thanks happens only to default hotkeys (happens for default hotkey the first time)
