Move plugins and the hotkeys from one vault to another

What I’m trying to do

I would like to move both plugins and hotkeys (since many of those hotkeys are associated with respective plugins) from one vault to another. Will copying .obsidian/plugins folder from one vault to another achieve both or do I need something else to copy too to get the hotkeys over?

Copy the hotkeys.json file as well.

If you have Obsidian Sync there is an option to sync plugins and hotkeys in the Sync plugin options.
