Use case or problem
On small mobile screens, the title of the file may not display. While on desktop I may not want to see inline title, on mobile as a small form factor having the inline title would be useful.
Proposed solution
Add another toggle switch for mobile. So there would be a:
- Show inline title on Desktop
- Show inline title on Mobile
Current workaround (optional)
Likely this can be configured through CSS.
