[Mobile] In a pinned tab, dragging a link to the title bar navigates away from the page

Steps to reproduce

1. Pin a tab
2. Drag a link from on the page to the title bar and drop it

Expected result

The link should open in a new tab.

Actual result

The link opens in the pinned tab, navigating away from the pinned content. It’s the pinned tab now.

Additional information

Combined with long pressing links being unreliable, opening new tabs while staying on the current page becomes a game of chance.

well, this is not a mobile specific behavior. Same happens on desktop.

I am not sure I consider this a bug, given how intentional the actions is (dragging the file to the title bar). Please, open a FR for this. Thanks
