[Mobile] Add ability to create new note in specific folder using the "Open New Note" shortcut command

I want to start off be saying how much I love the 1.11 update! It’s fixed my biggest problem with the app. Which was the friction of adding short notes throughout the day, because long notes are for the PC! But there are a few additions that could put it over the top for me! One of them are below!

Use case or problem

When using the “Open New Note” IOS Shortcut command, you should be able to select a specific folder for that new note to be created in. This would allow for easy organization and management of new notes. This is especially important on mobile as low-friction-entry is important.

Proposed solution

Have a way to select a folder in the “Open New Note” shortcut command.

This may lead to longer input times, but I believe it’s worth it for the people like myself lol.

Current workaround (optional)

The current workaround is using the “Actions for Obsidian” app and plugin that has this feature implemented. As much as I liked the plugin, it’s clunky (i.e. having to open the app, then obsidian, before finally closing everything). The 1.11 update is soo polished and so close to fully replacing they most useful features of “Actions for Obsidian.”

Try right-clicking or long-pressing on the folder and selecting “New Note,” which will then be created in the respective folder.

This is specifically for the new mobile shortcut commands. Not for while in the obsidian app.
