Missing text, links, etc in the note

What should I do if I have lost all the text, links, etc. in one note?

In the note, he writes that there are 0 words in it, but at the same time he writes that there are 72,078 characters in it.

I tried to find the file in the obsidian folders, but this note just isn’t there.

I write using a translator. Maybe the text looks strange.
