Missing screenshot insertion

I am new in Obsidian… And I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong.
I take a screenshot (e.g. Snagit) and when I put CTRL+V, the image doesn’t save to the note, but jumps directly to the attachments. So it gets copied into the Obsidian structure, but I have to paste it from the attachment into the note afterwards.
It doesn’t happen all the time, but realistically often. Sometimes it pastes correctly and sometimes it doesn’t. And I don’t know if it’s a bug or if I’m doing something wrong.

I found problem…

its problem with this automatic settings in this plugin:

When I edit the Folder notes manually, it works correctly…

If it’s correct automatically, the first insertion of the image fails and only the second attempt is inserted…
But this duplicates the images in the database unnecessarily of course.
