Misaligned documents, exit, and more options icons and no document title

For the past 2 days, the icons for documents, exit, and more options are misaligned and I cannot see the document title. I use no custom CSS and the default theme. I Have the same issue in both devices I have obsidian installed in.

Hi Angeliki, a few questions:

What version of Obsidian are you using?
What operating system are you using? (Windows, Mac, Linux?)
if you disable all plugins, do you see the same issue?
Does the Help Vault have the same issue?

It was indeed one of the plugins. I uninstalled it and it now went back to normal.
