Misaligned documents, exit, and more options icons and no document title

For the past 2 days, the icons for documents, exit, and more options are misaligned and I cannot see the document title. I use no custom CSS and the default theme. I Have the same issue in both devices I have obsidian installed in.

Hi Angeliki, a few questions:

• What version of Obsidian are you using?
• What operating system are you using? (Windows, Mac, Linux?)
• if you disable all plugins, do you see the same issue?
• Does the Help Vault have the same issue?

It was indeed one of the plugins. I uninstalled it and it now went back to normal.
