Steps to reproduce

  • Open Obsidian
  • Open another vault
  • Open folder as vault
  • Select folder
  • Some files don’t show up

Expected result

  • To view all the MD files of a vault

Actual result

Environment

  • Operating system: MacOS Catalina 10.15.7
  • Obsidian version: 0.9.6

What happens if you close and reopen obsidian?
where are these files? are they on your harddrive, or are they on some cloud service and it looks like they are on your hard drive??

Are you using symlinks?

Close - Reopen = Same thing
Remove Vault - Add Vault again = Same problem
Files are in the hard drive
I don’t know what is symlinks
