Use case or problem
When drag-n-dropping an image into obsidian, i want it to be a link by default, not an image that is displayed on the screen.
My use case is writing script for youtube video using tables. There i drag-n-drop footage that matches the voiceover text. Finally once i finish the script, i can start dragging all the footage from Obsidian into video editor (it works on Mac with Davinci Resolve).
Proposed solution
Make an option “Default drag-n-drop behavior” that would be a toggle between embedded-link and normal link modes.
