This is definitely a great idea.
For example, it is quite frustrating to be unable to locate a note even when typing its exact name, because the note name is only present in the filename and not in the content. This specific use case (filename vs note name) is somewhat related to this feature request: Use H1 or front-matter title instead of or in addition to filename as display name.
