Make boxes for text and pictures like on canvas but in a note

I need to have similar kind of structure but in a note, and be able to put pictures in a specific place and have a custom size.
I like how kanban plugin’s text box work, but I need it more advanced, similar like canvas works but so that it would be like some kind of a premade template, and I would be able to just fill it in, and maybe customize it a little bit.
Is there a way I could achieve that? Maybe a plugin?
But making it through code block would also be great (but I cant code;"))

I too would love to be able to highlight text in a note by placing it in a box. The plugin could be like Highlighter that adds CSS to highlight text. It could add e.g. a table around the text highlighted. Maybe someone good at making such plugins would take it on.
