Steps to reproduce

1. Fullscreen the Obsidian window
2. Open a note in a new window
3. Unfullscreen the new window
4. Navigate back to the main window
5. Navigate to the new window
6. Move the window on your screen

Expected result

Normal behavior, being able to move the window

Actual result

The traffic light buttons overlap the note tab and you are unable to drag the window around until you fullscreen and unfullscreen again
