I noticed a small flat rectangle below the obsidian icon in the dock on macos.
It goes away, when i quit obsidian.
What is the purpose for this?
Believe me, I searched the forum. Didn’t find an answer.
Strangely enough, this looks like an empty “download progress bar” (the same one I get under the launchpad when updating some apps from the App Store)

This is something I don’t remember ever seeing under Obsidian’s Dock Icon, but I could be wrong/misremembering 
…
Have you tried to “remove”/unpin Obsidian from the dock … and then “pin” it to the dock again ?
No idea if that will help though

Thanks for the hint “progress bar”.
It was caused by Webpage HTML Export Plugin. There are some errors in the console.
