MacOS: Obsidian vs Edit/Speak — reads the explorer pane

Steps to reproduce

File draft open in pane with focus. Click Edit/Speech/Start Speaking.

Expected result

Speech should start reading the pane with focus

Actual result

Speech starts reading the headings in the explorer pane.

I am not super familiar with the accessibility apps used on Mac.

Guys, a hint from a really old programmer: “It’s not a bug it’s a feature” was a joke.

Macs have a built-in text-to-speech function. The issue is that the mac thinks the focus is in the explorer panel instead of the text panel.
