Use case or problem

I mostly use dictation when using the obsidian app and I would like it to line wrap like it does when I’m typing however it keeps scrolling on forever and ever until you hit return. It’s not a need to have but it’s nice to have. You could try this for yourself by turning dictation on in macOS and then double hitting the control key and then start talking. It really is a faster way to enter notes and I’m doing it right now for this feature request. Of course in the browser it works just as it should but in Obsidian it’s not quite working properly.

Proposed solution

This is specifically on macOS, and I haven’t tried it on any other dictation system like windows. But I suspect that on windows it is the same. It would just add some polish to the interface if you line wrapped as you were dictating. It also lets you read the text a little easier just to make sure that you didn’t make any mistakes or the dictation engine didn’t make any mistakes. When it scrolls forever on a single line it’s hard to look back at what you wrote until after you’re do

Current workaround (optional)

There is no work around for this feature it’s basically just live with it.
