Looking for web annotation tool for Firefox

What I’m trying to do

I am currently trying to setup a web annotation tool on Firefox that can reliably sync with Obsidian.

Things I have tried

I’ve tried using Unofficial Hypothesis extension [1] but I’ve had it only work for a few highlights before it totally broke on me. I might consider switching to a Chromium based browser, but I’m not sure how comfortable I feel with that.

the official web clipper does not work for you?

I am not aware of any official Hypothesis web clipper for Firefox. There are Chromium ones, but I would rather not use those.

@mountainman was referring to the offcial Obsidian web clipper that clips directly into your vault. You can use it to annotate articles as well.
