I’m a happy obsidian user (including sync) on iOS and macOS, and am now leaning towards Linux. I’ve bought a Raspberry Pi 5 and run Raspberry Pi OS. Architecture is ARM64, I’ve looked in many forums, but cannot find a way to smoothly run Obsidian on my new system.
Has there been any recent progress on it? Any tips to help me succeed in this? Any chances that Obsidian will release an ARM64 version? Or their source so that we can compile it?

I had some OS issues with Obsidian the other day, and rediscovered this page: Releases · obsidianmd/obsidian-releases · GitHub
It lists an arm64 version on there. Can you use that? And do you know why, if you can’t use that version?
Waw! Would they actually release a proper ARM64 version?
I’ll give this a try and will keep the thread posted!
