The most common alternatives is to either remove the space, or use a substitute character:

TreatmentPlanningaka CamelCase Treatment_PlanningTreatment-Planning
And so on, and so forth. It’s mostly a matter of preferences from here on in. Some characters might pose different problems though, like ., could possible do some shenanigans, and possibly / or \.
Either way, I don’t think there is a way to actually preserve the space, unless you potentially find some strange unicode character which is both legal to have as an identifier and visually appears as a space character…
