Live Preview numbered list doesn't update when adding new items in the middle of list

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new note. Set view to Editing Mode.
2. Type 1. first. Then press Enter.
3. Type second.
4. Move cursor to end of first line and press Enter.
5. Type anything.

Expected result

The numbered list to update with the correct numbering sequence:

1. first
2. asdfjkl;
3. second

Editing Mode should match Reading Mode.

Actual result

Duplicate numbers appear in the list in editing mode:
