Live preview: headers & list items in block quotes aren't rendered

Hi.

This is in the Sandbox vault.
- Obsidian version: v1.10.3
- Installer version: v1.10.3
- Operating system: Darwin Kernel Version 25.1.0: Mon Oct 20 19:26:04 PDT 2025; root:xnu-12377.41.6~2/RELEASE_ARM64_T8122 25.1.0

Left, source; middle, live preview; right, reading.

In live preview, quoted headers and list items are not being parsed. Bold and italics are parsed.

Other people seeing the same in their vaults?

Same in default theme in my vault. But I’m not sure this is recent…?

I didn’t know if this was a bug or not (was checking first with other users before reporting), but one of the mods has already moved it to the bug-reports category. Cool.

Your report sort of qualified for a bug report.

As I am on a 1.8. something installer, it is in one of the asars then too.

I don’t remember if this happened in prior versions, but I see it now.

Changed title to describe the problem (was “Glitch in Live Preview in 1.10.3?”).

This is not a new bug. It has been happening since at least 1.7.7
