Steps to reproduce

While using Live Preview

Create a callout with embedded content that contains an internal link:

> [!info]
> ![[file]]

where file contains:

[[internal link]]

Expected result

Selecting the internal-link in live preview should open the internal-link internally

Actual result

Selecting the internal-link in live preview results in an ‘Open link’ popup asking for confirmation to open by external url
