List of TV Watched in Dataview

I’ve been keeping track of the movies and TV I watch by logging them in my daily notes using the following format:

TV:: Sweet Home Ep. 1
TV:: Sweet Home Ep. 2
Movie:: “The Good Guys”

I was wondering if there’s a way to return a table of all the Movie and TV fields in my vault with the date of the note it’s in?

I got this far and it’s just returning a blank list.
