Links mismatch when using links inside list property

Steps to reproduce

1. Create following notes:

• Subject is property of type “list”

Subject: "[[A]]"

[[AAA]]

Subject: "[[AA]]"
---

2. Try navigate vault using links in properties.

Yes

Expected result

Links inside properties can be used for vault navigation.

Actual result

• When you use link inside property it will change note to correct one, but link in this note will be link from previous one.
• In source mode, property looks fine.
