Additional information

When hovering the link and toggling editing and preview mode (cmd + E on MacOS), the preview shows up as expected. I’ve tried using css to disable pointer events on the value and keep them enable just on the link itself but didn’t manage to get the behavior I wanted.

Edit: I’m not sure if this is a bug or the preview was never intended to happen in frontmatter links. If this is the case, I’ll gladly create a feature request.

Thanks! Currently the hover preview for properties is set to always require Ctrl (command on macOS) but I agree this should respect the page preview settings instead.

That’ll surely do for now.
