Link to heading does not get changed when heading is changed

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create note A.
  2. Create heading AA1 in note A.
  3. Create note B.
  4. Create a link to the heading AA in A using [[A#AA1]].
  5. Change AA1 to AA2.

Expected result

The link should be [[A#AA2]].

Actual result

The link stays [[A#AA1]].
