Link to block issues

Hello,

I wish it would be case sensitive or there is a bug.

Though I have two blocks defined in my file, one with ^Buddha and another one with ^buddha, both links [[Glossaire#^buddha|buddha]] and [[Glossaire#^Buddha|Buddha]] point to the same block in preview mode.

Also, when I generate block IDs with diacritic letters (example: anātman), it doesn’t work.

blockids are not case sensitive and do no support diacritic. Use help instead of bug reports if you are not sure.
