Link file from cloud to use with Annotator plugin

What I’m trying to do

I wish to use annotator to highlight/annotate some pdf file using Annotator plugin. To not put to many files inside my vault I wish to use a cloud service and link the file inside the note.
The vault will be accessed form different devices so it would be not possible to save the file in a single device

Things I have tried

Tried with a pdf file from Mega or Drive but it doesn’t work: no file is loaded (probably due to the need of a password). Tried both with ![[]] and file:/// but with no success.

Can you help me in finding a solution?
Thanks in advance

Hello.

Does the path include spaces? Does it work with < > added around the link?:

[file](<file:///Path/To/Folder/File Name Goes Here.pdf>)

Thanks a lot but this doesn’t work too. I think the problem is not with the link but with the need of a password to enter the Google Drive (or whatever cloud service I wish to use).
I’ve found a way looking at the github issue page of the Annotator plugin: Google Drive Support · Issue #75 · elias-sundqvist/obsidian-annotator · GitHub
Not the best solution (since I must setup the file to be visible to anyone with the sharing link) but at the moment is the only one I’ve found that it’s working
