When copying and pasting text from (some) PDFs any text after a fi (and ff I believe) will be truncated and not included in the pasted text. I believe this is the same bug as one listed on mozilla/pdf.js
Steps to reproduce
- copy text in PDF. Include sequential letters fi or ff (eg certificate)
- paste into Obsidian
- pasted text will truncate at the sequential letters (although the text itself has been
