Licence Manager for Staff

Use case or problem

We have been using Obsidian in our company for over a year now with currently 8 users using sync accounts for editing and a publish licence for our company wiki page. Licences are up for renewal but we currently have to manually add credit and send to each user who then has to subscribe to sync for another year.

Proposed solution

It’d be useful to have licences tied to an admin business account which we could assign to a staff email address and then renew subscriptions from one central account. We’d also like to be able to transfer licences as this would help should staff leave and the email address their account is tied to is no longer needed.

Current workaround

We currently have to manually add credit on one account and transfer to each user who then has to subscribe to sync for another year. The alternative is we purchase just one licence and all share the same login which isn’t our preference.
