I’ve been using the community plugin Latex Suite by artisticat for years now with no problems whatsoever. The biggest feature for me is being able to add my own snippets within Obsidian. Today, randomly, this stopped working, and I just see this strange screen. I have made dozens of snippets over the years for different math expressions and would prefer not to lose them/have to start over. Has anyone else had this issue or knows of a solution?
Thank you. For others who may have the same issue: I think what happened is that a new Obsidian update created a bug in how the snippet editor is rendered. To fix this you can download the hotfix with this link and (1) use the community plugin BRAT to install this hotfix (this did not work for me), or (2) Go to the address for the plugin (something like …\Vaults\Obsidian Vault.obsidian\plugins\obsidian-latex-suite) and replace the three files “main.js”, “manifest.json”, and “styles.css” with the new ones from the hotfix.
