Steps to reproduce

Typing around 26 keystrokes results in the editor hanging/lagging for several seconds.

Expected result

No lag when typing.

Actual result

The editor hangs/lags for several seconds after 26ish keystrokes. It usually catches up with keystrokes afterward, but this is untenable for typing.

Post a screen recording of this happening in the help vault or this happening in a vault with default themes and no third party plugins.

Also, download and reinstall obsidian.

Looks like it may be the Obsidian-Git plugin that is guilty. Initial testing with it turned off hasn’t duplicated the results.
