Keys to expand and hide folds / sections in the document

Use case or problem

When I have long documents, I use folding to hide and open parts of the document (using headings as seprators) I’m working on. The open and closing of folds is triggered by clicking on the arrow button-icons to the left of the headings but slow to move my hand from keyboard to mouse and move pointer to the icon.
A handy key will me amazing.

Proposed solution

Work like MacOS finder - pressing left and right arrow keys (with some modifier key if needed), hides and collapses sections.

Current workaround (optional)

Use command palette but it’s slow (many extra key strokes)

In Settings > Hotkeys you can assign keyboard shortcuts to the fold commands. I don’t know if you can use arrow keys in them; if you can, it will likely interfere with existing MacOS text-editing shortcuts (Cmd arrow and Option arrow are taken; I don’t know if Ctrl arrow does anything).

This is unhelpful without a link.
