Keyboard Shortcuts are broken when interacting with links in bullet list

Steps to reproduce

  1. make a bullet list
  2. make a link or wiki link on the same line
  3. put cursor before the first bracket, but after the "- " (default behavior with the outliner plugin, but normal user behavior regardless)
  4. alt+enter or cmd+enter to open it

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y/N]

Yes

Expected result

Link opens, like it would if it was actually the first thing on the line.

Actual result

Nothing happens. I have to navigate the cursor inside or after the link for the keyboard shortcut to work

Additional information

Any character before the link causes the same behavior, but that doesn’t mean it’s the appropriate behavior for a bullet list. In this case, the link is the first user-written word on the line, especially if the bullet was an auto-created (e.g. they made a new line in an existing list), so it should behave as such.
Also, feel free to replace any time I said “bullet list” with “numbered list”. Everything still applies
