Keyboard shortcut for the "paste as plain text" RMB menu option

Use case or problem

I often find myself copying and pasting text from html documents (eg. browser webpages), and I often use the option mentioned in the topic title. It would be nice to be able to configure a keyboard shortcut for that action

Proposed solution

Add the “paste as plain text” action in the hotkeys settings

Just figured out that CTRL+SHIFT+V can be used to “paste and match style”. It kind of helps if I want to paste something inside an existing paragraph, but doesn’t really help if there is no style to match
