Keep vaults in the vault selector when their location is (temporarily) not available

Would be nice to have, but no movement in over 2 years:

Vault on removable volume disappears from vault list

Steps to reproduce Vault folder exists on removable volume (Mac sparsebundle) and appears in open vault dialog list. eject volume quit and reopen Obsidian Vault is no longer on list Expected result vault remains on list. so that when volume is reattached, vault can easily be reopened. Actual result vault no longer on list. can’t reopen with obsidian:///Volumes/volume_name/… link (path to vault on volume) Environment Operating system: Mac OS 10.15.7 Obsidian version: v0.8.15
