Jump Between Link Text and URL in External Link

Use case or problem

When creating external links, there are usually either some left/right keypresses or an extra mouse-click that are needed to move between the link text and URL.

Proposed solution

Add a keyboard shortcut for jumping from the link text to the URL in external links. My vision has the Tab key taking me from the link text to the URL and Shift-Tab taking me in the opposite direction. Tabbing while in the URL field might also jump me out to the right of the external link.

This could also be nice for internal links where I might type my file name, then press Tab while still in the brackets to add the pipe character and be placed on the right side of it.

Current workaround (optional)

Use my mouse or arrow keys to move to the external link element that I want to add/edit.
