Issue with Numbered List

In edit mode (iOS) I use numbered list and it shows the numbers, however, when I finish my text and when I toggle to view mode, numbers are transitioned to bullets so I no longer see my numbered list but as bullets, when I tweak back to edit mode, i see the numbers again.

I use Blue Topaz theme, but I change the theme to Obsidian default and still have the same issue.
