Is there a way to using Sync to have the same settings across different platforms?

I am sure this is not possible base on what came up in a search forVault Settings, but this group tends to think out of the box and hoping someone has a solution to having Sync run between a laptop, a surface, and a phone … and trying to keep it all the same.

When I used iCloud to sync, most settings synced between my desktops, iPad, and phone.

Now I use Obsidian Sync and have the choice of what to sync per-device. My desktops/laptops sync all settings, while I’ve set the iPad and phone to be selective about what settings they sync.
