Is there a way to link to a folder in the obsidian vault from an obsidian note?

I’d like to link from my home note to a folder that is inside the obsidian vault. Is this possible using core features or community plugins?

Just make a file:// link to it.

I’m having trouble making it work. Can you show me the full syntax to link to the directory “Command N” in the root of the obsidian vault folder?

Is the file path simply enclosed in same double square brackets that linked notes are?
