Is there a way to copy the link under a cursor with a command?

What I’m trying to do

I know I can copy a link by right click on a text and selecting “Copy URL,” but after finding the commands “Follow link under cursor” and “open link under cursor in new tab,” I realized that it would be faster to quickly press a hotkey to copy the link under it instead.
