Is there a shortcut for task entry

I’ve been looking for a shortcut for task entry but can’t find one. Entering

-[]

is really awkward on the keyboard. I know if there is a task, creates one on the next line. It’s the first one that gives me grief.

Yep! Cmd-Enter on Mac. I assume Ctrl-Enter on Win/Linux.

If you hit it once, it makes a bullet. Twice, a task. A third time toggles the task checked or unchecked.

Thank you. That will save me a heap of micro-seconds. It all adds up.
