I plan use Obsidian as replacement of my working noters software, but how is safe use it for sensitive informations, eg settings info , passwords, logis etc.. Is vault encrypted by some hashing systems? ui need have workflow for desktop and another synced devices, laptop, tablet, mobil.. and store sensitive informations data from my clients

I am using now some safety apps with 2FA as RoboForm etc… for notes I use One Note, RightNote, Joplin etc…
But all of those have some troubles with sync m between devices and One Note have terrible UIX… and is not full tree notes apps
I wouldn’t store any passwords in Obsidian. Other sensitive info depends on you, I suppose. For example, I keep my health log in Obsidian and have no worries about that, but my desktops and mobile devices are encrypted until I login and no one else has access to them.
Obsidian “vaults” are just regular folders in your file system. The files can be viewed and opened with others apps, the Finder, Windows File Explorer…
There are community plugins that advertise to encrypt notes, but I’ve never used anything like that.
You could always put your vault in an encrypted volume, but beware. That doesn’t always mean your data is encrypted everywhere.
If you sync the contents of an encrypted volume with Dropbox, you’ve invited Dropbox past your encryption. You data would be in the clear on Dropbox.
Even on your system, you could count your data in an encrypted volume as safe, but any temporary storage used by the app outside of what you think of as where it’s stored will also be in the clear unless the app encrypts it.
If you trust the physical security of your system, encrypted volumes are pretty handy.
