Is it possible to do global search with Ctrl-O?

Things I have tried

So I pull up the search menu by Ctrl-O, and tried to search for some tags or some text inside a note, but nothing showed up.

What I’m trying to do

To get the same results I get, like tags, text as when I use the search box when I invoke the Ctrl-O window.

CTRL O opens the quick switcher, which searches note titles only and then lets users open selected notes.

CTRL SHIFT F opens the search dialogue, which allows users to search the content of notes.

Hotkeys are configurable.
