is it possible to add two templates in the same file?

so i am learning how to use obsidian and was questioning myself about this, Is it possible to add two templates in the same file?

for example i am working on a note from an idea for my TTRPG, first i used a template just to add the links, tags, and the date in the very top of the page

and now i was trying to add one more of those YAML in the final of the page to list my monster name, habilities, etc. Everytime i try to add the template i just go to the top of the page.

Things I have tried

i just searched and tried to mess a bit with dataview to maybe adjusting that but nothing worked
