iPadOS 26.2 - Toolbars overlap when using Apple Pencil

Steps to reproduce

Bug happens only when using Apple Pencil (unsure about other stylus/other OSes). Other Bluetooth devices (such as keyboard) don’t seem to cause this.

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y/N]

Yes

Expected result

For the two toolbars to be over on top of the other.

Actual result

Two toolbars overlap. Also shown by another user here.

is this happening since Obsidian 1.11 or since iPadOS26.2?

It’s not clear to us when this was introduced and by who.

Since 1.11! I added the software version in case it was pertinent. Someone on Reddit pointed out the bug and I tested it on my own setup to see if it could be reproduced.

I’m able to reproduce it. (It took a moment of things shifting / disappearing / reappearing to reach that state, so stick with it a moment if you don’t immediately see it.)
