iPad: Scrolling zoom in PDF causing page input to flash

Steps to reproduce

Scrolling a PDF on iPad with zoomed in pages. PDF page should have width at minimum 75% of screen width.

Zoom out pages will not cause the page input to flash while scrolling.

Expected result

Nothing flashing.

Actual result

The page input keeps flashing.
